Bestest atlas i have ever come across. Something im sure the great british empire (strongest militay empire in history i might add) could have done with.

I just received this atlas. I live in the United States and this edition is not published or sold in the North American market. Like its previous edition (1999, the Millennium Edition), this atlas remains a treasure for all who enjoy having a solid, single volume world atlas. Very well made. If you already have the 1999 edition, I would not go out to buy this edition since both are fairly similar. To be sure, the 2003 edition is more up-to-date and includes more index entries. Of course, however, if you're buying this atlas as gift for someone else (or don't already own the 1999 edition) by all means buy this edition. A magnificent edition! Bravissimo!
